Hello Strollers,
First of all, my sincere thanks to all those who submitted their poems to me by the original deadline of January 15, 2020. I sincerely appreciate your compliance with the guidelines.
It’s possible that the frigid temperatures of the last few days have taken a toll on all of us. The general tendency is to burrow under the covers and wait it out! But believe it or not, this seems to have had an impact on the Stroll of Poets Anthology 2020. So, due to low submission numbers (whether for this reason or any other), it has been decided to extend the deadline to midnight on Wednesday, January 22, 2020.
The Board, and I as editor, have made this decision in order to allow as many members as possible to see their work in print. Please take advantage of the opportunity. No further extension will be considered.

This ain’t no snappy musical or Gypsy Lee burlesque. It’s the Blinks! Back, just like that. The biggest stage for the smallest set of half-minute poetry. Free verse, spoken word, slant rhymes — all are cast. But time those lines, because the Blinks Philharmonic are an unforgiving lot. You’ve got 30 seconds or your act is cut!
Calling all poets. The house lights are down, the curtains up, it’s your time to shine in Winking, Blinking and Naughty.
