UNSPOKEN TERMS (Yellow Medicine)

we speak

in unspoken terms

a language we share

we know

each others moods

there are days

we become the wind

hooves pounding

mane blowing

other times

we simply choose

the slow

clopping

of a well worn path

when the day

is over

the brushing done

the bedding set

all that needs

to be

has been

said

in unspoken terms
